Answers:

Question 1 - How long does it last?

Answer - Once extensions have been applied, if you have nothing else done your hair will stay looking good for around 4 months.

Wattz International clients are normally put on a maintenance plan. Depending on your natural rate of hair growth you will require 2-3 hours of maintenance every 8 weeks.

During this maintenance session, we remove sections of extension hair that are beginning to grow down, and reapply them at a more suitable height. This is done on a rota system, so that your hair stays looking as good as when you first had it applied.

Question 2 - Does it ruin your hair?

Answer - If Wattz International apply your extensions, I promise you no. We are extremely meticulous and cautious of the well-being and health of your hair and scalp, both in wearing extensions, application and removal. Once applied, it's an excellent way of growing your hair, and definitely will not harm your own hair. In effect, wearing extensions will benefit your own hair as you need fewer styling products and heat tools. However BEWARE ! do some research, any system is only as good as the person using it.

Question 3 - What about my root re-growth on my coloured hair?

Answer - No problem. We can either do tint re-growth whilst wearing extensions, or we can do meche or foil hi or lo lites. However, we do insist on your returning to us for colour whilst wearing our extensions, otherwise we can not, of course, guarantee our work.

Question 4 - How long does it take?

Answer - To add bulk to fine hair, or to extend a hairline would take around 1 - 2 hours. To extend the length of a full head of hair takes from 3 - 4 hours. We supply lunch & liquid refreshments in our conservatory with complimentary massage therapies.

Question 5 - Can I swim / sauna / shampoo / condition, etc?

Answer - With the versatile and many undetectable systems we use, yes, yes, yes and yes.

Question 6 - How do I look after it?

Answer - Very simply, but we do educate you whilst doing your hair so you are completely confident and competent at looking after your hair. We will also advise you about which products to use when you leave the salon.

Question 7 - What do you use to stick it in with, and is it real hair?

Answer - All the systems we use are unique in that the bonds are virtually undetectable and we use several types of bonding agent to attach the the extension hair to a small section of your hair approx. 1/4 " from the scalp. The hair we use is 'real' either European, Asian or Indian. We can even use fibre as single extensions of crazy colours or sparkly for fun and parties.

Answer- because I am the best in the art of hair extensions, training salons nationally in this skill. As in all trades there are some that are more meticulous than others, if embarking on hair extensions I strongly urge you to do your research thoroughly.

Question 9 - OK, I want extensions what do I do now?

Answer - Ring us on: 01580 292021- Daytime

Book a consultation. This will take about 45 mins. We check your scalp for health and decide on your style and colour required. If you meet all the criteria necessary at the consultation you will be required to pay a deposit which will be the cost of the hair. We can then book your appointment.

Please note: We do make a charge of £20 for a consultation to ensure clients attend appointments. This is made at the time of booking by credit / debit card.

Question 10 - How do I find you?

Answer - We are a friendly, and highly professional, luxury salon located in Biddenden Kent.

Easily accessible by London Charing Cross Mainline to Headcorn then a 5 mile taxi drive. By car Junction 8 (Leeds Castle turnoff) Off M20, follow Leeds Castle directions then follow that road to the end. At the crossroads turn left onto A274 for Tenterden. Keep on A274 approx. 9 miles to Biddenden and we are in the High Street of Biddenden, Kent.
